Mushroom Soiree – Jelly Ear and Bearded Tooth
What do Jelly Ear and Bearded Tooth have in common?
They’re both delicious mushrooms famous in Asian cuisine.
Fungi have captured our imaginations throughout the centuries, across the globe. They’re astonishingly diverse, delightful, and at times bewitching.
But how do we differentiate the delectable from the deadly?
Who are the ‘mushroom police’ that help save lives?
And how do we foster fungal flourishing in our parks and gardens?
Join us for this informal and interactive evening soiree to discuss all things fungi. Visiting professor, Alison Pouliot, will guide us through the Kingdom Fungi, as you get to sample some local fungal delights.
