BOOK LAUNCH – Wild Mushrooming
Five years in the making, authors Alison Pouliot and Tom May present Wild Mushrooming: A guide for foragers – the first guide to edible (and toxic!) fungi in Australia.
The timing is significant as it reflects growing mycological knowledge and the groundswell of interest in foraging for wild food.
Wild Mushrooming provides an overview of how, where and when to find and identify fungi. Each species is extensively described, discussed and illustrated including information on the preparation and cooking of fungi, including recipes.
